Shipping & Returns
Once an order is received, we generally ship it the following business day excluding major holidays, or as soon as product is available. Orders may ship via different carriers and will be priced depending on the service, destination and total weight of the order.
Free shipping is available upon the purchase of any box or the dollar equivalent thereof (generally $140 or greater, gross of any sales or related taxes). Any order for which free shipping is applied will be shipped using our standard service.
We do not ship orders to the states of South Dakota and Utah.
We are required to collect sales tax in various states, which will be reflected in your total price to pay. Sales tax outside of these states are responsibility of the purchaser. Some States require purchasers to file tax returns reporting all taxable purchasers not taxed, including all products found in our website. Disclaimer: If a particular tax is not displayed at checkout, the buyer may be responsible for declaring and reimbursing the relevant collecting authority.
Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund and arrange a return for your purchase within one week of delivery (restrictions apply). Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. If you receive a damaged package, please provide pictures of the delivery condition prior to opening it.
